Elrow Ibiza @UNVRS 2026 Review.

If you were to pick a pedigreed party operating on Ibiza today, Elrow would be high on the list. Five generations of the Arnau family have upheld a family tradition of hospitality and entertainment that began near Lleida in the province of Tarragona, with historical cultural ties to Ibiza. Family values are central to Spanish culture, and Elrow has always built its reputation and experience on respect, honesty, and loyalty.

Since Elrow opened its first club in Barcelona in 2001, it has danced in 52 cities on every continent, a testament to the Arnau family’s vision and work ethic. It first arrived in Ibiza at the sadly lamented Zoo Project in the summer of 2011, before serving its apprenticeship at Privilege and Space. Elrow came of age at Amnesia in 2017 and became the island’s premier party for several seasons.

I first experienced Elrow at Amnesia, and it was a memorable Saturday night for many reasons. What struck me most was Elrow’s ability to break through the island’s cultural divisions. British, French, German, and American promoters had traditionally set the island’s musical direction. Spanish musical taste was confined to reggaeton, Latin, and urban styles. Before Elrow arrived, it was unheard of for a Spanish party to sell out a club of Amnesia’s stature and calibre. While it was always more about experience than the music, Elrow confounded the critics with its success at Amnesia before its controversial move to UNVRS in 2025, becoming the first party to declare for the new Hyperclub.

Many people, including myself, were critical of its move to UNVRS and the effect a digital veneer would have on its soul. Those of us who knew Elrow from its Space and Amnesia days could hardly imagine it working at UNVRS, but we weren’t the youthful, digitally nurtured market Elrow was targeting. From its family origins in Tarragona in 1870, Elrow always had vision. It adapted and flexed with modern trends while staying true to its core values of entertainment. An inherent Catalan trait…. El seny i la rauxa.

With this in mind, we sent two Ibiza virgins along with seasoned reporters Rachel and Tom to experience Elrow at UNVRS for the first time. This is their review.

You Have to See It to Believe It.

At some point, you’ve been coming to Ibiza long enough to think you’ve seen it all. We’ve been to [UNVRS] a few times now, seeing world-class DJs and huge productions. Then we went to Elrow. And apparently, we hadn’t seen anything yet.

Elrow has been part of Ibiza for years, but during its time at Amnesia, it really became known for the madness it’s famous for today. Confetti, inflatables, performers and wild production turned Saturday nights into something far bigger than your usual club night.

[UNVRS] is known for its huge screens and highly digital production, and, if we’re honest, we weren’t sure it would take away from the madness Elrow is known for. We were surprised by just how physical the whole experience felt. So much live action was happening around us that the technology almost faded into the background. Performers were above you, around you and moving through the crowd. Everywhere you looked, something was happening in real life.

The theme was Delusionville, from street artist Ron English’s imagination. We’d barely made it through the dome before it started getting wild. We took the long way round to the main room, passing a pop-up ‘hair salon’ and somehow snagging a wig and a ridiculously oversized comb.

Where do you even look? Costumed animals towering over the crowd on stilts. Performers hanging from the ceiling. Alien spaceships above our heads. A giant monkey, the three little pigs and a dancing TV screen moving through the dancefloor.

And somewhere amongst all of this… Kölsch and Joris Voorn were behind the decks for an extended three-hour B2B. On almost any other night, that would have been the main event. At Elrow, the DJ isn’t the show; the entire room is. Then, just as the drop on ANOTR’s Talk to You landed, an obscene amount of confetti, inflatables and streamers exploded across the dance floor. You couldn’t see anything but colour for a good few seconds.

At many Ibiza club nights, everyone faces the DJ. At Elrow, it doesn’t matter which direction you face. Nobody was really there for the DJs. They were there for the show and what a show it was! We’d gone with friends who had never been to Ibiza before and hadn’t heard of Elrow. We tried our best to describe it to them, but there are really no words… as we discovered that night, you have to see it to believe it.

Their jaws were on the floor all night, and watching them experience it for the first time almost made the night even better for us. They summed up Elrow better than we probably could. It completely raised the bar for what they expect from a club night.

Loved it? Yes.
Recommend it? Absolutely.
