| Sink and TV thrown through Window |
Three British tourists were charged in court recently with damage to two Hotel rooms in Port De Torrent, on July 16th last. In classic Keith Moon style, a sink and television were thrown out the window. They also slashed mattresses, broke tables, chairs, mirrors and lamps, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.
As they made their escape, Police arrested three of the group boarding a plane at Ibiza Airport. Another was found asleep, in what remained of his room. A group of eight male tourists, one a minor, acted in “mutual agreement” when they caused over €3,000 worth of damage to the two rooms.
The three were each fined €2,700 and ordered to pay a €3140 bill to cover the damage caused.
