Plan B Announced For Ibiza Rocks

Hip Hop, London boy Benjamin Drew, better known as Plan B, is set to make a welcome return to Ibiza this summer, when he will headline at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel on Wednesday, 25th of July, 2012. An accomplished actor and director, he is currently staring as Cockney copper George Carter, in the film remake of seventies cop show, The Sweeney, which originally cast Denis Waterman, in the tough man role. Sweeney Todd, is cockney rhyming slang for The Flying Squad. Its another endorsement for the San Antonio venue, that an act as popular as Plan B, is happy to play the old Club Paraiso stage.

In what looks to be one of Ibiza Rocks most eagerly anticipated seasons, critically acclaimed Indie Rock band, The Maccabees, named after a group of Jewish Rebels, have also been added to the line up on June 20th, alongside highly touted Funk Rock group, Theme Park, from London. Ibiza rocks have certainly put together an eclectic mix of artists, both seasoned and new, for their 2012 season. The venue looks like it will be the place to be this summer in Ibiza, even without the presence of VIP tents and wigwams.
