The islands leading print media magazine, IU MAG, whose music editor is well known island resident Dan Prince, has been holding some cool parties recently to launch its seasonal monthly editions. The magazine founded by ex Pacha Mag editor, the always dapper Massimo Shadi Saab, has a monthly print of 60,000 copies and is distributed for free in over 450 high end outlets on the island including Air Europa flights to Ibiza. Last month, IU MAG held a party on the rooftop of one of the most exclusive properties in Ibiza, a magnificent three floor townhouse overlooking the Cathedral square in Dalt Vila, where Todd Terry entertained the VIP crowd.
This months August edition of the popular magazine will be launched at The Ninth on the rooftop of the Hard Rock Hotel tomorrow evening and it has secured a cool lineup for the event which is free to attend and features Kerri Chandler, Lauren Lane, Blond:ish and the trendy digital quartet, Melon Bomb. If you are on the island make sure to check out the party which has magnificent views of the island from its privileged vantage point in the heart of Playa den Bossa.
