Can Sulayetas Ibiza

More of a bar and meeting point for some of the islands more eccentric and interesting characters, Can Sulayetas, is one of those unique random spots that is typically Ibicenco. They have daily specials on offer and the kitchen is only open for lunch and dinner after 6pm but it’s specialties are a good homemade hamburger, rotisserie chicken and sardines. Simple and rustic its well off the beaten track between San Mateau and San Miguel and hard to find but located at a crossroads amid traditional farmland.
