Adam Bayer to play Cocoon Ibiza

One of my favorite parties on the Island, is Cocoon at Amnesia. House Music and Minimal Tech are the two closest dance music genres to my heart. My first outing as a DJ was playing Techno back in 1990 in my local town. I grew to love house music also but deep down I always felt the heavy industrial base beat as my body’s rhythm. I remember hearing Dat Boot by U96 on MTV and I was hooked.

At present a DJ I really enjoy is Minimal tech Swedish DJ Adam Beyer. His mixing and fresh style brings the genre to new levels. He will be making his only appearance at Cocoon this year, on Monday the 25th of July in Amnesia. He will be joined by American Josh Wink, whose classic 1995 acid house track Higher State Of Conciseness remains to this day instantly recognisable for its uplifting synths. Add in Special Guest and Cocoons favorite son, Richie Hawtin and the night promises to be an exciting one.
